1. Service Agreement

By requesting or subscribing to services provided by American Sanitation, you agree to comply with standard curbside guidelines and service terms established for your residential or commercial route.

2. Service Availability & Scheduling

Service availability is subject to physical verification of your address within our active operating territory (including Hiram, Dallas, and Douglasville, GA). Route schedules and collection times are subject to weather, holiday schedules, and routing adjustments.

3. Special / Bulk Item Pickups

Special pickups must be requested in advance. Availability, item acceptance, and scheduling are determined on an individual basis. Hazardous materials, biohazard waste, and unauthorized chemicals cannot be accepted.
